This book details what happened to me when I died during an operation in 1986 and my Soul traveled to the lands of Heaven where I met God the Gentle and other Beings. However, when I recovered I found that I continued to travel through the vast lands of Heaven in my Soul body for years. I also discuss the relationship between our Souls and our bodies and how our Souls can guide us to a more contented and productive life if we listen to it. Our Soul is on an extraordinary journey between this life in our body and the life in Soul when our mind will eventually be able to see and live in its home.

It has taken me over twenty-five years to write this book as I continued to travel to and from the lands of Heaven in my Soul "mind." During this time I met and spoke with God the Gentle, the Angels, my ancestors, and Beings from other Planets. They continue to educate me about the purpose of our lives here on Earth and how we can lead more contented and fulfilling lives.

I was also shown other Planets inhabited by other peoples, some like humans and some fascinating Beings living in lands where mankind may eventually reside if we succeed in destroying the Earth. That is described in the sequel "Journeys to Other Planets."

After my death experience, I found that my psychic abilities had increased and in my mortal body my mind was able to foretell the future, speak to the deceased and give healing messages to the living.

I also describe my physical and sexual abuse after my mother died when I was six and which continued with my stepmother until I left home. This included abuse from priests and how that affected my life and impacted on my religious beliefs. My body, Mary, tells her story and my Soul tells its story.

Some names, identities, and locations have been changed to protect the privacy of individuals.
